Warranty
STALKAM guarantees anti-corrosion resistance for a period of 5 years from the date of sale.
The warranty covers anti-corrosion resistance of products but it does not apply to lock and hinge accessories of gates and wickets, as well as plastic elements.
The warranty covers all manufacture faults and anti-corrosion protection, provided that the products are not exposed to temperatures exceeding +50oC.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damages resulting from misuse.
The warranty applies to products used in normal environmental conditions, not exposed to the influence of aggressive substances.
Products used in a high corrosivity environment (category C5 according to PN-EN 12500) and less than 500m from sea shoreline are not covered by the warranty.
Additionally, STALKAM gives 5-year warranty for adhesion of powder-painted coating, provided that products are used in an environment with normal aggressiveness.
